First of all, I’d like to thank all of you who have visited the site since it was created in late November 2010. This is a really fun project for me to have started for myself and it has allowed me to join the “blogging” community, meet some cool people, learn a few things and, a few times, lead me to be recognized for writing ToGo cup….Which is awesome!

It has reached waaaaay beyond my expectations and I’d like to thank you for the support.

What I wanted to put “out there” is, if you’ve seen one of the latest post:

La Michoacana Puts the “Cream” in taZa Coffee ‘n Cream

You probably said to yourself “Hey, that’s not about coffee! What’s this guy doing?”

Well, that’s the thing, I don’t know what I’m doing. My nose is to the wind and if something smells right, it might lead me to something good. So, what I’d like from you folks in the local coffee shop community to do is let me know if there’s a Big change at your shop…

Not just introducing a new sandwich or a new slice of cake….although, I do love cake.

What I’m looking for are real changes like a new makeover or like taZa, a new product line being offered to the customers.

You know, the kind of thing that makes you shout:

“HEY, LOOK OVER HERE!”
